Welcome to MyBullseye. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Bullseye Lane Studios Limited ("MyBullseye", "we", "us") for your use of the website at mybulleye.com and the games on it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Please read this first: MyBullseye is a free social arcade for entertainment only. There is no real-money gambling, nothing to buy, and nothing to win. Virtual "Bull Coins" have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes.

1. Who can use MyBullseye

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. By using MyBullseye, you confirm that you are 18 or over. The site is intended for visitors in New Zealand. We may restrict or refuse access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being broken.

2. What MyBullseye is — and isn't

MyBullseye is a "social casino" style arcade. The games are simulations played with virtual currency for fun. To be completely clear:

You cannot wager, deposit or win real money on this site.
Bull Coins are virtual, have no monetary value, and cannot be bought, sold, redeemed or transferred.
Success in our games does not reflect any future success at real-money gambling.

3. Virtual currency

Bull Coins exist only inside MyBullseye for entertainment. We grant them to you for free and may add, adjust, expire or remove them at any time. You don't own them as property, and they can't be cashed out under any circumstances.

4. Acceptable use

When using MyBullseye, you agree not to:

use the site for any unlawful purpose;
try to interfere with, hack, overload or disrupt the site or its security;
use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the games;
copy, modify or redistribute our content without permission;
misrepresent your age or identity.

5. Intellectual property

All content on MyBullseye — including the games, artwork, the Fletch character, logos, text and code — belongs to Bullseye Lane Studios Limited or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use the site for your own personal entertainment, but you may not reproduce or exploit our content commercially without our written consent.

We aim to keep MyBullseye available and running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.
