1. Agreement to Terms

By entering the MyBulle universe and using our website, you agree to follow the rules set out below. If these terms do not sit well with you, please refrain from using our site. You must be at least 18 years old to explore what we have built.

2. No Real-Money Gambling

MyBulle is a social gaming experience — nothing more, nothing less. It exists purely for entertainment. You cannot wager real money, and you cannot win real money. Every game in our library is completely free. No exceptions.

3. Virtual Currency

We use an in-universe currency called Stardust. Stardust holds no real-world value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services outside of MyBulle. Any Stardust you collect is for fun and exists solely within the boundaries of our world.

4. User Conduct

All explorers are expected to respect the following rules while navigating MyBulle:

• Do not engage in any unlawful activity or attempt to exploit our systems.
• Do not interfere with the website's operation or use unauthorised automated programs.
• Do not harass, disrupt, or otherwise bother other players.

We reserve the right to restrict access for anyone who violates these expectations.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on MyBulle — the artwork, the code, the music, the characters, the lore — belongs to us or our licensed partners. You are welcome to explore and play, but you may not copy, distribute, or repurpose any of our content for other uses.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyBulle is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we make no guarantees that the experience will be flawless or uninterrupted. You explore at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galactic Nexus Studios Limited shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of MyBulle. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential harm.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our universe expands. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date revised accordingly. Continued use of MyBulle after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
